Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Dispatcher (HVAC) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls to existing customers to schedule services, and ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and optimize dispatch board, service, and maintenance schedules.
• Trains and supervises CSRs & inside sales personnel to ensure company goals are met.
• Understands KPIs and performance tracking.
• Utilizes reports to better understand technician strengths and weaknesses.
• Route technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Communicates with ownership and management daily.
• Tracks market trends and acts accordingly.
• Own each call/ticket from booking through completion and close-out.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in HVAC/home services industry (Required).
• Proficient in utilizing Service Titan (Required).
• Associates or Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
• Must be prepared to work after-hours shifts and weekend coverage (rotating).
