Minister of Music
We are seeking a Minister of Music who is a passionate worshiper, a strong leader, and—most importantly—someone who deeply loves people, both on and off the stage. This role isn’t just about music; it’s about shepherding a team and a congregation into meaningful worship and glorifying God together.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Lead our congregation in worship during Sunday and Wednesday services.
▪ Direct praise team rehearsals on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.
▪ Equip, encourage, and grow our current praise team—including orchestra, vocalists, and tech/media volunteers.
▪ Work closely with the tech/media team to ensure smooth and meaningful worship experiences.
▪ Plan and lead Christmas and Easter programs; collaborate with the Senior Pastor for special events.
▪ Incorporate a variety of musical styles—from traditional hymns to contemporary worship.
▪ Invest in people throughout the week—not just on the platform.

What We’re Looking For

▪ A genuine and devoted follower of Christ, living out the character described in 1 Timothy 3.
▪ A gifted musician and/or vocalist who plays their instrument with excellence.
▪ Strong leadership and communication skills, with a heart for building and equipping teams.
▪ Someone who loves people more than music—relational and caring behind the scenes.
▪ Passionate about leading others in worship and discipling people throughout the week.
▪ A team player who values accountability, humility, and strong relationships.
▪ Proficient with worship tools like ProPresenter and Planning Center.
▪ Knowledgeable and confident with media and technology in a worship setting.
