Product Manager - Remote

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to build and manage relationships with luxury hotel suppliers in the Caribbean and Mexico. This role is key to developing exceptional partnerships, ensuring a competitive portfolio, and working closely with internal teams to create seamless experiences. What You'll Do:

Build and nurture strong relationships with luxury hotel suppliers in the Caribbean and Mexico, ensuring ongoing collaboration and successful contract renewals.
Identify and onboard new suppliers, curating a competitive portfolio of 5- and 4.5-star hotels that meet the needs of our clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure suppliers are set up for success in both operations and sales.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and create insightful, data-driven production reports.
Manage and maintain internal systems to ensure contracts, pricing, and supplier information is accurate and up-to-date.
Negotiate favorable terms and operating conditions with suppliers to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Represent the company at supplier-related events such as trade shows, in-person meetings, and industry gatherings.
Partner with the Product Marketing team to explore co-op marketing opportunities that strengthen our brand presence.
Resolve any supplier-related issues quickly and professionally, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Contribute to the team's success by taking on additional tasks as needed to support our goals.
What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in building and maintaining relationships within the Caribbean and Mexico luxury hotel market.
A talent for curating an exceptional portfolio of 5- and 4.5-star hotels that deliver top-tier experiences.
Proven success in negotiating contracts and establishing lasting, beneficial partnerships.
A detail-oriented and organized approach with a focus on process and efficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
Experience in solving complex challenges with creative solutions that meet the needs of both internal teams and our partners.
