Compensation: $60,000 to $100,000 annually, plus bonus potential

The team blends compassionate advocacy with exceptional legal skill, guiding clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. They are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal with 5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. The ideal candidate is confident managing cases from intake through resolution, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead client communication and guide individuals through each stage of their case with care and clarity
- Obtain and organize medical records, reports, and supporting documentation
- Draft and prepare demand packages, track liens, and manage case progression
- Request and follow up on police reports, 911 recordings, and other evidence
- Coordinate with medical providers to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Support attorneys and team members in achieving the best outcomes for clients
Requirements
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to helping others
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred but not required
