Sous Chef (Elevated Mediterranean Lifestyle Restaurant with Entertainment)
Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations and execution
- Implement and maintain recipes, standards, and techniques provided by the Corporate Chef
- Ensure consistent execution of the menu and culinary vision
- Source, order, and receive high-quality seasonal products
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of cooks
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all kitchen areas and equipment
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls within budget
- Assist with tastings, training, and seasonal menu rollouts
- 2–4 years of progressive BOH experience in professional kitchens
- Mediterranean or fine-dining background strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of BOH systems and administrative duties
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and calm under pressure
