Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Manager for Orlando location to join our stone distribution location in Orlando . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing stronger relationships with existing & new clients.
We use cloud base Repsly & Stone profit system as our accounting , inventory , CRM and sales system for everything you need to sell and close the deal while on the road .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customers to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities and new clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to give idea about new products and services
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the stone or building materials industry
- Previous experience managing a sales team and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary:
- Good base salary + aggressive commission model on existing sales and new sales
