You’ll partner with collaborative teams to manage full-lifecycle candidate experiences, run seamless recruitment operations, and engage top-tier talent using cutting-edge digital assessment tools. Responsibilities

Core Recruitment & Talent Operations

• Requisition & Process Management: Partner with hiring managers and lead recruiters to define job requirements, prepare job postings, and publish requisitions across niche job boards.

• Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct thorough phone screens and behavioral evaluations to assess candidate suitability against role criteria.

• Pipeline Management: Proactively manage candidate pipelines across all selection stages, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to accelerate time-to-fill.

• Assessment Administration: Oversee digital assessment platforms (e.g., HireVue), managing invitations, progress tracking, candidate support, and issue resolution.

Candidate Experience & Logistics

• Interview Coordination: Facilitate end-to-end interview logistics, including panel scheduling, stakeholder communication, and final-round coordination.

• Candidate Engagement: Execute structured candidate engagement and "keep-warm" strategies to maintain high touchpoints and minimize drop-off rates.

Operations & Compliance

• ATS & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records, updates, and hiring compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Talent Operations Support: Monitor team inboxes, assist with general recruiting administration, and generate operational metrics and system reports.
