We are looking for an accountant to join our team.
We are a full-service flooring contractor specializing in new construction and replacement. We are licensed, insured, and bonded.
Duties will include, but not be limited to :
Review and approve subcontractor’s invoices.
Create work orders for projects
Review of job profit reports
Invoice clients
Follow projects from start to finish
Accounts receivable
Assist with accounts payable
Assist with project accounting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of Excel a must, QuickBooks a plus.
