Remote Client Experience Coordinator
We're seeking detail-oriented, dependable individuals to support clients by coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring every experience runs seamlessly from start to finish. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while building valuable, transferable skills.

What You'll Do
Connect with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations
Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and key details with accuracy
Provide timely updates and clear communication throughout the process
Keep plans organized and running smoothly from beginning to end
Offer support and problem-solving to ensure a seamless client experience
