Outpatient clinic (4.5 day schedule with half day Friday for charting). Dedicated staff including a Pediatric NP, Pediatric Case Manager, Pediatric Behavioral Health provider and Pediatric Dentist along with solid medical support staff. EMR is Athena EHB.

Requirements:
- BC/BE in Pediatrics
- FL license, or eligible
- Community Health experience, or interest desired
- Bilingual (Spanish) a bonus (not required)
Compensation:
- Guaranteed base salary (up to $230K)
- Loan Forgiveness eligible (NHSC or PSLF)
- Sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance ($5k)
- Robust PTO (2 weeks/annually) plus 12 federal holidays)
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision plans; life insurance
- Retirement (starts day one) 5% employer contribution
- CME (one week/$3500 annually)
