Manager - Lower Deck
- Monitor the performance of hourly staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and training as necessary.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new bar staff employees.
- Manage bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary.
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages.
- Resolve customer service issues and customer complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Create schedules for full-time and part-time restaurant staff.
- Manage cash flow, records, and credit card payments.
- Ensure restaurant and employee compliance with all health and safety codes.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a management position for the food service or hospitality industry
- Valid Food Managers Certificate
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 20 pounds.
