Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to assess local demographics, consumer behavior, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement a market-specific sales strategy to increase travel bookings, group bookings, and high-end clientele acquisition.
- Initiate and maintain a high volume of outbound sales activity, including calls, emails, and prospecting campaigns to target accounts and strategic partners.
- Serve as a local brand ambassador, attending community events and industry functions to elevate brand presence and secure new business.
- Respond to inbound inquiries with efficiency and personalization, ensuring a luxury-level experience from the first point of contact.
- Customize proposals, site tours, and presentations for high-end clients, planners, and influencers, highlighting PS unique offerings.
- Collaborate with Member Engagement, Member Services Teams and Operations teams to align messaging, offers, and guest/member experience strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track client interactions, and produce reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive sales experience in HNW luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-touch environments and motivated by being a part of a high-performing, competitive sales team.
- Sophisticated understanding of luxury service expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to influence C-suite executives and decision makers.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and virtual presentation tool with confidence to report performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a new, high growth business and collaborate cross functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders is critical.
- Ability to plan and execute local events and activations.
This is a full-time non-exempt role.
