Resort Shuttle Driver CDL

As a Resort Shuttle Driver you will:

• Safely transport guests and team members between resort locations and designated stops on an established route adhering to the highest safety and service standards.
• Provide timely assistance for passengers with disabilities ensuring safe entry and exit from the vehicle.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections logging and reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the department manager.
• Communicate with dispatch and other drivers via radio to report schedule updates or any service disruptions.
• Maintain a clean fueled vehicle ready for operation; handle minor cleaning and service tasks as needed.
• Deliver interoffice mail and small packages within the resort as assigned.
• Offer courteous and professional service including answering guests questions about the resort and local attractions.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort policies and regulations.

Qualifications :

• CDL license with a clean driving record and Passenger Endorsement.
• Ability to operate a variety of shuttle vehicles safely and confidently.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
