TeamHealth is seeking a cardiac anesthesiologist to join our vibrant team at Tampa General Hospital! Eligible candidates will be fellowship trained. Extensive clinical experience is also welcomed.

Tampa General Hospital is the premiere tertiary care academic health system serving the Tampa Bay area with over 1,000 beds and expanding. TGH is also home to the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, as well as an anesthesiology residency training program accredited for 12 residents per class. All applicants must have a desire to participate in the educational journey of residents as well as gain faculty rank within the department. Experience in clinical research or the desire to pursue such research is a plus.

TGH handles the full scope of complex cases across a vast range of specialties, including cardiac, transplant, obstetrics and gynecology (including high risk), pediatrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, thoracic, spine, oncology, and much more! It is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the region (adult and pediatric), as well as the region's only accredited burn center.
