Los candidatos seleccionados brindarán servicios de limpieza y mantenimiento de alta calidad en comunidades residenciales, asegurando un ambiente limpio, seguro y agradable para todos los residentes.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar tareas generales de limpieza y mantenimiento
- Mantener limpias y organizadas las áreas comunes residenciales
- Seguir los horarios e instrucciones de trabajo asignadas
- Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o seguridad
- Cumplir con los estándares de calidad de la empresa en todo momento
Requisitos
- Ser responsable, confiable y puntual
- Tener vehículo propio y licencia de conducir válida
- Presentar dos formas de identificación y tarjeta de Seguro Social
- Experiencia en limpieza o mantenimiento es un plus (no requerida)
