Job Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed residential cleanings (regular and deep cleanings)
- Follow a structured cleaning system and workflow (training provided)
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Treat clients’ homes with care, respect, and professionalism
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
