Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a Front Desk Specialist to support daily administrative operations and assist the Customer Service team in a fast-paced, industrial office environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient workflow across departments. Upward movement at this company as well! (Growth!) salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally
• Manage front desk operations and general office support tasks
• Prepare shipping documentation and process shipments using scanners
• Enter and maintain accurate data in SAP and internal systems
• Track shipments and assist with reporting and logistics coordination
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
• Support internal teams with administrative and clerical tasks
• Assist with office supply management and general operations

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of administrative, front desk, or office support experience
• Experience in a fast-paced or industrial environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• bilingual is a plus

Additional Information:
• Opportunity to transition into a Customer Service Representative role after about 6 months to a year.
• Must be comfortable working in an office within an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Background check and drug screening required (no THC)
