Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour

Papa John’s Assistant Managers help manage all parts of the restaurant for profitability. You’ll help make sure we deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. We’re looking for a team-oriented leader who gives your team a sense of pride and accountability.

Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Opening/closing the store, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service & Sales: Building sales, handling customer concerns, and ensuring product quality.
- Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and motivating team members, creating schedules, and enforcing appearance standards.
- Financial Performance: Managing labor and food costs to meet budget goals using the POS/Profit system.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Management/Supervisory experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math and solid problem-solving skills.
- Nights and weekends availability.
- Be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
