The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a friendly and attentive Pool Attendant to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. In this role, you will ensure that our pool area is clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times.

• Monitor the pool and beach area to ensure guest safety and enforce resort policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, beach and surrounding areas.
• Assist guests by providing towels, pool equipment, and answering any questions they may have.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Support beach staff to provide ice and other items as necessary
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles
• Other reasonable duties as requested.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
• Strong observational skills and attentiveness to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of pool safety and first aid is a plus.
• Able to lift, carry up to 40 lbs.
