Wealth Advisor ($120,000 - $250,000)
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations
- Develop personalized financial plans covering investment, retirement, tax, estate, and legacy strategies
- Monitor and adjust investment portfolios to align with market conditions and client objectives
- Implement tax-efficient strategies and coordinate with tax professionals when needed
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly, fostering trust and understanding
- Conduct regular client meetings to update, educate, and address concerns
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships
- Stay informed on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and tax law changes
- Pursue ongoing education to deepen financial planning knowledge and maintain professional certifications
- Collaborate closely with the lead generation and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experience
- 3+ years of experience in financial advising or related client-facing roles
- Preferred licenses: SIE, 2-15, Series 65; additional certifications/licenses (CFP, CFA, Series 66, Series 7, 2-14) are a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment vehicles, and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, software, and processes
- Team-oriented with a client-first mindset and high ethical standards

- Full-time role based in Miami, FL (office and client meeting locations)
- Standard weekday schedule with flexibility for client meetings and occasional evening or weekend appointments
- Base salary plus uncapped commission and performance incentives
