Responsibilities:
Guide clients through premium spa service options
Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments
Track and report sales results regularly
Provide consistent, professional client support
Role Summary:
This position focuses on maintaining high client service standards while driving sales growth. The Sales Manager ensures clients are informed and comfortable with their service choices, contributing to overall business performance.
Required Experience:
1+ year of sales or customer service experience
Confident discussing wellness and skincare offerings
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Payment Structure: $3,000 monthly base plus 3-tier commission
