CRM & Marketing Systems Specialist (Orlando)
What You’ll Do
- Own and support CRM systems (data integrity, workflows, automation, user support)
- Manage and optimize marketing automation processes and system integrations
- Maintain and improve internal and broker-facing platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign and system performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process standardization
- Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and basic technical needs
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations to align systems and processes
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability across workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech, CRM Administration, Business Systems, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and process optimization
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Solid communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
