Brandon Construction Company, a leading General Contracting firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent with 7 or more years of experience to oversee the daily operations of one (or more) large custom residential projects. This key leadership role requires a proactive, hands-on individual capable of ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our projects, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with all safety, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of residential building systems, and a proven track record of managing, subcontractors, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality service and completion of tasks in a timely manner.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure project(s) are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety codes. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintenance Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all site activites
• Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and vendor negotiations to control expenses.
• Emergency Response: Be available for emergency on-call situations, responding to urgent maintenance needs, system failures, or weather-related issues.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, client interactions, and inventory management.
