Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager

We don’t require restoration industry experience—we’re primarily looking for someone with deep accounting expertise, a process-driven mindset, and the leadership ability to develop people and elevate performance.

What would I be doing?
Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Receivable team
Oversee AR processes and workflows to ensure timely collections and accurate receivables
Communicate with insurance companies and customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements within the department
Collaborate with the Controller and other departments to align AR efforts with overall company goals
Use reports and data to track AR metrics and communicate findings with leadership
Other duties may be assigned
What does winning look like?
AR metrics (e.g., DSO, outstanding receivables) consistently trend in a healthy direction
The AR team is developed and supported, resulting in improved effectiveness and morale
Collections processes are continuously improved, resulting in timely and accurate collections
The department is aligned with company financial goals and supports Entrusted’s continued growth
