About the Role
The Director of 3PD for LAC will lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of off-premises service channels by driving sales performance, enhancing guest and team member experiences, and optimizing end-to-end service delivery in LAC.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying, prioritizing, and executing enhancements across technology, infrastructure, facilities, processes, packaging, and performance management in a restaurant. Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with broader organizational goals and regional priorities, ensuring scalable, sustainable impact on customer satisfaction and business efficiency within the LAC market.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, and Digital Transformation teams, driving alignment and influence without direct authority to accelerate strategic initiatives.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, leveraging data-driven storytelling to inform, influence, and inspire senior leadership decision-making.
- Own vendor relationship management, serving as the primary lead for contract negotiation, performance oversight, and strategic partnership development.
- Oversee project and portfolio management, ensuring prioritization, resource optimization, and successful execution of high-impact initiatives.
- Identify, launch, and scale pilot programs, transforming innovative concepts into operationalized solutions through structured testing and agile iteration.
- Establish and institutionalize SOPs, formalizing best practices and ensuring organizational consistency, scalability, and knowledge retention. Help collect information to build executive recaps, periodic performance reviews and daily insights around program performance. Continue to drive awareness of the business impact gift cards has to increase adoption / support by franchisee community.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Required in Engineering, Technology, Operations Management or other Business or related field. MBA a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience working with restaurant/retail technology, restaurant operations, and/or digital technology operational application(s), or 3PD.
- 3-5 Some level of experience managing direct and/or oversight for indirect reports.
- Master Degree is a Plus.
- Travel 30%.
- Previous consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in analyzing data required.
- Experience in management preferred.
- Must be fluent in Spanish/English, Portuguese preferred.
- Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivating, and have excellent time management and communication skills, good relationship building skills, flexible and detail oriented.
- Management of mergers and acquisitions, financial workout and financial consulting preferably in a QSR environment. Business valuation and brokerage negotiation. Record of budget and financial accomplishments.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and experience leading cross functional decision making.
- Collaborate with other 3PD teams.
- Experience with 3PD partners in Latam - UberEats, Didi, Rappi, PedidosYa, iFood, etc.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, and Digital teams to drive 3PD strategy and execution.
- Own and manage relationships with third-party delivery partners, including contract negotiation, performance oversight, and strategic alignment.
- Develop and present executive-level communications and business cases using compelling, data-driven storytelling.
- Oversee project and portfolio management for 3PD initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and measurable impact.
- Identify, launch, and scale pilot programs to test innovations in delivery, packaging, and guest experience.
- Drive continuous improvement through the development and institutionalization of SOPs and operational best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of 3PD platforms with internal systems (POS, CRM, etc.) to optimize order flow and data accuracy.
- Monitor and manage 3PD financial performance, including P&L accountability, cost control, and margin optimization.
- Champion the off-premise guest experience, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence across all delivery channels in LAC.
