Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Behavior Specialist position is available, providing behavioral support primarily in general education classrooms with a caseload including both high school and elementary school students. This role is a contract position lasting through the school year, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral support and interventions in general education settings.
• Implement and support Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
• Maintain thorough documentation aligned with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct training sessions for ESE and general education teachers on effective behavioral strategies and methodologies.
• Manage a caseload involving both elementary and high school students, ensuring tailored interventions meet individual needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Behavior Specialist with a demonstrated understanding of BIPs, FBAs, MTSS, and IEP documentation.
• Ability to train and collaborate effectively with educational staff.
• Strong organizational and munication skills.
• Preference given to male candidates to support caseload needs.
• mitment to working full-time hours totaling 37.5 per week.
