- Teaching hospital with more than 450 beds serving the St Petersburg area
- 7-on / 7-off nocturnist block schedule from 7 pm to 7 am or similar hours
- Epic EMR system
- Closed ICU with Intensivists covering 24/7 and no procedures
- Defined night census with support
