Metal Fabricator Lead
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Are you an experienced metal fabricator with welding skills and leadership experience? We're looking for a Metal Fabricator Lead to join our growing team! If you enjoy working with your hands, leading others, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Complete customer orders using saws and other fabrication equipment.
- Weld, bend, drill, and fabricate structural steel and other metal products.
- Load and unload metal from delivery trucks.
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders and pickups.
- Train, mentor, and lead warehouse team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of metal fabrication experience, including welding (required).
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Experience working with metal or construction materials.
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. regularly.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is a plus and offers advancement opportunities after the temporary assignment.
