Research Analyst
Location: Boca Raton, FL 33431
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 + benefits

A growing financial services organization is seeking a Research Analyst to support portfolio growth initiatives and ongoing risk evaluation efforts. This role will work closely with leadership to analyze law firm performance, evaluate trends, and provide data-driven recommendations that impact strategic business decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented analytical professional seeking long-term growth within financial services and specialty finance.

Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on new and existing business relationships
• Review operational and financial performance data to identify trends and risk factors
• Utilize Excel and various data sources to analyze performance metrics
• Prepare concise executive summaries and recommendations for leadership review
• Support portfolio and risk management initiatives through ongoing evaluations
• Assist with special projects related to structured finance and operational analytics
• Maintain strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Experience in financial analysis, research, portfolio analytics, or risk analysis preferred
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Strong written communication and executive summary preparation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Highly organized with strong critical thinking abilities
