Responsibilities
Prepare daily invoices for 3rd party vendor
- Post accounts receivable payments
- Reconcile customer statements
- Distribute customer invoices and statements
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned payments
- Setup and update customer accounts
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
Preferred AR/AP experience
