Role Overview:

As a Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to prepare for a leadership role in sales and operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and promote products on behalf of our clients.
• Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, providing support and guidance to help them achieve sales targets.
• Operations Oversight: Support daily operations at assigned retail locations, ensuring smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, working with senior management to develop strategies to exceed sales goals.
• Training & Development: Participate in leadership development programs and receive continuous mentorship to improve managerial skills.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with retail managers and staff to ensure alignment with client goals and smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience or a strong passion for leadership and sales is also considered.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through previous work, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to develop professionally in a sales and marketing career.
• Sales or Retail Experience (preferred but not required)
• Availability to work weekends and some evenings as required by retail operations.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and adapting to change in a dynamic work environment.
