Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with expertise in managing large-scale exterior finishing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in siding, brick, stucco, and stone, ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale exterior finishing projects from start to completion.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders to provide project updates.

• Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

• Proven experience with siding, brick, stucco, and stone installation on large-scale projects.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction site safety protocols.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to climb ladders and tolerate heights
• Must be able to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying and extreme climate conditions
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise
