Position Overview: The Store Manager at OKCarz is responsible for leading sales operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with daily operational management — from deal structuring and inventory oversight to training and team development. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the store’s daily sales operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Sales Team during the application and approval process.
• Guide customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Structure deals, manage paperwork, and ensure smooth contract closings.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train top-performing Sales Advisors.
• Monitor and coach sales team to achieve and exceed store goals.
• Lead daily sales meetings and drive new traffic through referrals, social media, and partnerships.
• Manage inventory, lot repairs, and perform inventory audits.
• Monitor CRM leads, assign follow-ups, and conduct lead audits.
• Uphold and improve customer experience, including online reviews and in-store service.
• Support the Home Office with reporting and business needs.
• Handle cash and perform other administrative and operational duties as needed.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary (discussed during interview).
• Performance-based commissions and bonus opportunities.
• Total earning potential: $90,000 – $100,000+ per year!

• Full-time position
• Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location - Bradenton, Florida (required)
