Product Owner
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Miami, FL. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements
- Create and maintain Business Process Flow Diagrams using tools like Lucidchart to visualize integration workflows
- Write clear and comprehensive Functional Specifications for integration features and enhancements
- Maintain an up-to-date Integration Inventory, tracking all active and planned integrations
- Participate in Jira story reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements and support the development lifecycle
- Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of integration-related user stories
- Ensure integration solutions align with overall product strategy and technical architecture
- Manage work product Delivery expectations and commitments with leadership team/Stakeholders
- 3-5+ years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or integration-heavy environment
- Proficiency in Lucidchart or similar tools for process modeling and diagramming
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into functional specs
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to review and critique user stories for clarity, completeness, and technical feasibility
- Experience maintaining documentation and inventories for integration systems or APIs
- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSPO) or Business Analysis is a plus
- Experience working with APIs, middleware, or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Understanding of data flow between systems and basic knowledge of databases or data mapping
