RV Dealership Receptionist

Chesaco RV, a leading RV dealership chain, is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors to our dealership. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and welcome all visitors to the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor.

● Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate staff members or departments.

● Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide accurate and timely information about our dealership's products and services.

● Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for sales and service departments.

● Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking of brochures and promotional materials.

● Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

● Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

● High School Diploma or equivalent required.

● 3+ year of experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Comfortable using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
