We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our residential roofing sales organization. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on developing top performers, improving sales processes, and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing residential roofing sales representatives
• Coach and mentor sales team members through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and one-on-one meetings
• Establish and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Drive accountability while creating a positive, winning culture
• Partner with marketing and operations to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction
• Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM management
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve close rates and profitability
• Conduct regular sales meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain exceptional customer experience standards throughout the sales process
• Identify new business opportunities and help expand market share across Central Florida

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential in-home sales experience
• 2+ years of successful sales management experience
• Roofing industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain top-performing sales professionals
• Track record of exceeding sales goals
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
