This role involves developing and managing the Direct-to-Consumer Affiliate Programs, working closely with the CEO and the marketing team, below are some key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design and Launch:

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for the Direct-to-Consumer Affiliate Program.
• Design the program structure, commission rates, and incentive plans.
• Launch and implement the affiliate program efficiently.

Customer Conversion and Motivation:

• Devise strategies to convert existing Q Link customers into affiliate marketers.
• Create motivational campaigns and incentives to encourage affiliates to actively promote the brand.

Program Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the affiliate program.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide necessary support and guidance.
• Implement tracking and analytics to measure the program's success.

Relationship Building:

• Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on the performance of the affiliate program.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in successfully launching and managing affiliate marketing programs direct to consumer.
• Experience in the wireless or telecommunications and Lifeline/ACP industry is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively liaise with the CEO, marketing team.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years' affiliate marketing experience
