Manager in Training (MIT)

Freedom Boat Club, the nations oldest and largest boat club seeks Managers-In-Training for our northern Brevard locations. They Include Cape Marina at Cape Canaveral, Cape Crossing on Merritt Island and Westland Boatyard and Marina in Titusville. Work at beautifull Marinas with members who want to enjoy time on the water. Ideal applicants will pocess the following
set of skills, knowlege and abilities:
1. Some genuine customer service experience.
2. A minimum of (2) two years of small. single engine, power boat handling (driving) experience.
3. Ability and stamina to work outside in inclement weather, particularly severe florida heat.
4. Availability to work on Weekends and some Holidays.
5. Authorization and ability to pass a background check.
6. For Insurance purpouses you must be (21) years of age.
