At Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) , you won’t just process transactions, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial health of a fast-paced, national organization in the live events and entertainment industry.

What You’ll Focus On:

Core Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage invoices, credit memos, and billing for events, rentals, and sales.
• Review and maintain accurate account records, including tax status and documentation.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.

Broader Exposure:

• Support month-end close activities related to AR.
• Assist with credit reviews and account setup.
• Ensure accurate posting and account coding in the system.

Growth & Leadership Development:

• Partner with team members to improve processes and workflows.
• Support training and onboarding of AR team members.
• Gain exposure to leadership responsibilities over time.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting.
• Strong understanding of billing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Comfortable working in Excel (intermediate level or higher).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role.
