Weve been in business for six years and have grown into a team of 14 and counting. Im a Navy veteran and a second-generation State Farm agent. My mom has been an agent for over 30 years, and insurance has always been part of my life. Today, that family connection continues in the office, with my brother on the team and even a few spouses working alongside us. It truly feels like an extended family environment. Outside of work, we like to spend time together with team trips throughout the year, happy hours, visits to the cigar lounge, and local events, including activities with the Hobe Sound Chamber. We believe that building strong relationships makes for a stronger, more supportive workplace. We also stay active in the community by supporting causes like Toys for Tots, Little League baseball, and local golf event sponsorships. Giving back is an important part of who we are. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trey Yelton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
