• Support classroom leadership: Take the lead to plan and deliver enriching daily activities.
• Create meaningful relationships: Build trust with children and maintain open, positive communication with families.
• Maintain a welcoming classroom: Ensure a clean, organized, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• DCF 45 Hours completed and active
• Any experience in a licensed childcare facility
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Schedule availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
