Injection Molding or Blow Molding Process Tech

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Injection Molding or Blow Molding Process Technician to join our dynamic team in Spring Hill, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our injection molding operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the molding process.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in injection molding processes and machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
