Overnight Front Office Host

As an Overnight Front Office Host, you’re the welcoming face guests rely on when they arrive late, depart early, or need support during the quietest hours of the night. You’ll handle check‑ins and check‑outs, share information about hotel services, assist with special requests, and help keep the lobby running smoothly. This role offers plenty of opportunities for friendly conversation and meaningful guest interactions, even in the stillness of the overnight shift.
You’ll also process payments, respond to guest inquiries, and make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. If you’ve worked as a front desk agent before—or if you’re simply someone who loves helping people and thrives in a peaceful, steady overnight environment—we’d love to meet you.
