Clinical Simulation Specialist

MDC is seeking a Clinical Simulation Specialist who thrives in hands-on clinical environments, loves simulation technology, and is passionate about student success.
What You’ll Do:
- Run pre/post simulation scenarios, moulage set-ups & equipment breakdown.
- Support faculty and students during simulation and debriefing.
- Manage supplies, equipment, and simulation readiness.
- Train students on medical equipment (ventilators, IV pumps, feeding pumps, etc.)
- Create & modify evidence-based patient simulation scenarios.
- Support Nursing Program simulations (up to 50% of clinical time).
- Maintain safety standards, technology updates & simulation research initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a healthcare field and 1 year experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field and 3 years experience.
- Current certification/licensure as: RN, EMS/Paramedic, Radiology Tech, PA, or CHSE.
