Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) or Part-Time (30 hrs/week)
Setting: 100% Outpatient

We are a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Ocoee, FL, and have been serving the community for over 2.5 years. We are looking to add a Physical Therapist to our growing team due to increasing demand. A second location is scheduled to open in Clermont before the end of the year, with the option to transfer if desired.

The clinic is 100% outpatient with a hands-on owner and a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who values patient care over volume and wants to be part of a practice focused on quality outcomes.

Position Overview

• Monday to Friday schedule OR Part Time options
• Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40-minute lunch)
• 40-minute treatment and evaluation sessions
• Max 16 patients per full day 8 hour day
• All age ranges treated
• Diagnoses include: orthopedic, neuro, vestibular, balance, and sports-related injuries
• Pelvic health interest or experience is preferred but not required
• EMR: WebPT

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time (40 hours/week):

• Salary up to $100,000 annually
• Quarterly performance bonuses up to $1,500
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• 5 paid federal holidays
• Health insurance stipend up to $200/month
• Unlimited internal continuing education

Part-Time (30 hours/week):

• Hourly rate up to $48/hour
• Eligible for performance bonuses

Both roles include:

• Laptop provided for documentation
• No responsibilities for scheduling, insurance verifications, or billing

Requirements

• Active and clear Florida Physical Therapist license
• Ideally 2+ years of experience (any setting)
• Interest or experience in pelvic health is a plus, but not required
