Job Description
- Support daily property operations and resident communication
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals
- Manage rent collection, notices, reporting, and office tasks
- Use property management software to complete administrative duties
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance and professional service
Required Skills
- Multifamily/assistant manager experience
- Strong customer service and administrative abilities
- Experience with property management software
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced office
Schedule
M–F, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
