Blue Dog Cookhouse & Bar, a chef-driven New York original, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Boca Raton location. Known for elevated comfort cuisine, refined cocktails, and a vibrant yet polished atmosphere, Blue Dog offers a hospitality experience rooted in excellence, warmth, and precision.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of GM or senior management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Refined leadership style with a strong focus on guest experience and team development

• Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage-driven sales

• Proven ability to manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and P&L performance

• Detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and service-obsessed

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing daily operations and guest experience standards

• Hiring, training, and leading FOH teams with professionalism and care

• Driving operational excellence, cost controls, and service consistency

• Collaborating with ownership and culinary leadership on events and promotions

• Ensuring seamless FOH/BOH coordination and full compliance

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $75,000–$90,000 , plus performance bonuses
