Description
As a Travel RN Case Manager, you will coordinate patient care, assess needs, and facilitate discharge planning in a dynamic hospital setting. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will work Monday to Friday, with alternating weekends required. - Requires 2 years of case management experience
- 5x8 Day shifts with alternating weekends

- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- EMR experience with Meditech and Midas
