Leasing Maintenance and Fleet Operations Manager
- Manage and maintain daily equipment yard check; equipment status and locations; as well as; lease and rental contracts, driver information, customer insurance certificates and equipment information in the system.
- Maintain the lease company’s FMCSA, safety and daily vehicle inspection reports, all DOT records and accounts and all online equipment monitoring systems.
- In-service all new lease and rental equipment and manage all leasing equipment service schedules, repairs, maintenance, road service and breakdowns.
- Provide and set up lease customer subunit per contract requirements.
- Monitor repair orders in service for all lease and rental repair requests, as well as rental customer owned equipment breakdown and repair orders.
- Ensure timely payment of lease accounts and achieving revenue goals by processing all monthly invoices.
- Attend annual national lease maintenance managers meeting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 – 7 years of related experience managing commercial fleets and safety compliance expectations.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is a must. CDL PREFERRED
- Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days of employment.
- Strong understanding of dealerships business unit operations.
- Technical knowledge of the vehicle; prior technician experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and an understanding the schedule will include evening calls.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
