Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth. Duties:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize growth potential within the region.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing customers.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Train and onboard new sales team members.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations/Training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Salary plus commission-based pay structure.
